Cancellations
- You may cancel your order or request a full refund before the order has been dispatched.
- If your order has already been dispatched, you will be responsible for the delivery and return costs.
- If we have made an error with your order, you may request a full refund within 1 working day of receiving your parcel.
- If you no longer want the product or have changed your mind, you must return the item at your own expense.
- Please notify us as soon as possible if you wish to return an order. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
- Original delivery costs will not be refunded if the return is due to a change of mind, even if free shipping or a discount code was used.
- Refunds will not be issued for returned goods that have been opened, tampered with, or are custom-made or personalised at your request.
- Once approved, refunds may take up to 14 days to reach your original payment method.
- If you are a registered website account holder, refunds may be issued as loyalty points where applicable.
Returns
- We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your item is delivered.
- To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- You must also provide your order number or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@candycrave.com with your order number and reason for return.
- If your return is approved, we will send you a return label and full return instructions.
