DELIVERY INFORMATION

Express Delivery - £6
Delivered in 1-2 working days. Orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday are processed the same day. Orders placed after 11am are processed the next working day.

For example, an order placed Monday at 10am will be dispatched Monday and arrive by Wednesday. An order placed at 5pm Monday may be dispatched Tuesday and arrive by Thursday.

Standard Delivery - £3
Delivered in 3-5 working days from your order date.

For example, an order placed Monday at 4pm may be dispatched Wednesday and arrive Friday.

Please Note
Delivery times are estimates only. We cannot guarantee next day delivery, even with Express Delivery.

Free Delivery
Free delivery is available on all orders over £30.

Multiple Couriers and Parcels
Orders may be shipped using more than one courier and can arrive in multiple parcels. Items may not all arrive together.

Tracking
A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Order Amendments
Orders cannot be amended once they have been picked for dispatch. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

Dispatch Days
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday only. We do not dispatch on weekends or bank holidays.

Peak Periods
During busy periods such as sales events and the Christmas season, delivery times may be longer than advertised.
